The goats look really sweet and content. I appreciate anything artisan, hand made. In 2007 I was in Switzerland at a time when all the different cheeses from different alps were brought to the village to taste and judge. It is like a folks fest; it was hard to judge as they were all good!
I would go a long way for a good goats' cheese. Perhaps this is a mite far, tho, but you've tempted me!
