Nitobe Memorial Garden
Last fall we were hosted in Vancouver by my brother and his wife(see Kreider's Korner). It was delightful, every minute of it. Vancouver is a stunningly beautiful city nestled between an arm of the sea and mountains. We were treated to the best restaurant dinner we'd ever had at Le Crocodile where I was introduced to the chef and got to peek in the kitchen where he works his miracles. One afternoon we got a partial tour of the University of British Columbia. During the tour we were taken to a lovely Japanese garden on campus called Nitobe Memorial Garden.
